Pool Systems was founded in 1983 by Warwick Heathcote as a small business servicing the Queensland swimming pool trade with basic pool equipment. Over the past 26 years it has grown into a major manufacturer and distributor of cleaning and testing equipment, spare parts & other accessories plus various games and leisure products for swimming pools and spas. Many of our products are sold through some of the largest and most successful retailers in the world, and we are the only national supplier (directly and through our distributors in WA, SA and NZ) to retail pool shops in Australia and New Zealand. Keith joined Pool Systems in 2002 and in his role as CEO he oversees all areas of the business both in Australia and internationally. He has an extensive background in both the swimming pool and pumping & irrigation industries where he gained invaluable general business management experience. Keith is proud to lead a great team of people and a great company. Keith is kept busy with 2 sets of twins at home and enjoys playing as much golf and tennis as his wife allows. He is an avid Rugby Union follower and enjoys traveling to international Trade Expos to identify new market trends.
ANTHONY RAMSAY National Sales Manager
Anthony entered the pool and spa industry in 1999 having previously completed a Bachelor of Business. With a high enthusiasm for relationship building, Anthony's belief and dedication to Pool Systems has helped him excel in developing outcomes and long term growth and sustainability for the business. Anthony is responsible for managing all company sales and marketing initiatives.
ROB COLE Chief Financial Officer
Rob is a qualified CPA with extensive experience in commercial accounting. As well as his primary focus on all financial requirements, his responsibilities also include company administration and IT management. He oversees the AR & AP processes and also the company HR and payroll functions. Rob's roles are very diverse and he enjoys the challenges the growing business offers.
PAUL KNIGHT Product Manager
Paul is responsible for all product related issues including Research and Development. Paul joined Pool Systems in 2003 and has over 24 years of pool industry experience. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the swimming pool and water treatment industries. Paul began in the Sales Department as an Account Manager in Queensland and has progressed to lead the Company Product Team. Paul's interests include Golf and Surfing. He also enjoys exploring the latest in swimming pool & spa innovations.
GARY ANDERSON Call Centre Supervisor
Gary has been with Pool Systems for 5 years, moving from Warehouse Manager to a Senior Customer Service role supervising the Call Centre. Gary's role is to ensure the smooth transition and processing of orders from customers to the warehouse,assisting the National Sales Manager in implementing marketing initiatives and working with the Account Managers assisting them in their customer service roles. Gary is a qualified tennis coach and he enjoys the outdoors and spending as much time as he can on the family property at Gatton.
DAVID PEARCE National Support Manager
Dave joined the company in 2006 and brought with him 25 years experience in sales and business development within the pool industry. Dave's position includes providing strategic support to all areas of the business with a strong focus on sales and marketing. His commitment to customer service is unwavering as he constantly strives to improve and refine new business initiatives. Dave is never one to stand still for too long and loves to spend as much time as possible on the water or on the golf course and of course with his wife Debbie who works in the Call Centre at Pool Systems
DENNIS WIENSCH American Sales Manager
Dennis has been with Pool Systems USA for 6 years and is a native Arizonan. His background includes senior management roles in the Materials Handling industry where he gained extensive experience in both Sales Management and Business Development. His primary function is to develop the North American sales and operational strategies and overseeing the successful implementation of them. Dennis enjoys spending time with his family building their holiday ranch in Northern Arizona. He is also a keen golfer and follows the Cardinals NFL team and Diamondback MLB team.
